ACCEPTLNG GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, WILLIAM T. REETZ and LOUISE M. REETZ, husbsnd and wife,
have presented to the City Council, a grant deed dated August 12, 1953,
granting certain real property for street purposes in the City of
Santa Ann, County of Orange, State of California described as:
PARCEL 1. That portion of Blocks "B" and "C" in South Santa Aha,
in the City of Santa Ann, County of Orange, State of California,
as per map recorded in Book 5, page 43 of Miscellaneous Maps
of said County, described as a strip of land 60 feet in width
being 30 feet on each side of the following described center
line:
Beginning at a point on the center line of Delhi Road 58.56
feet Easterly from the intersection of the center line of
Delhi Road with the center line of Orange Avenue as shown on
a Map of Tract No. 638, recorded in Book 19, page 17 of Mis-
cellaneous Maps of said County; thence on a straight line to
a point on the center line of Central Avenue which is 5 feet
Easterly from the intersection of the center line of Central
Avenue with the center line of Orange Avenue as shown on
said map of South Santa Ann.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM any portions of Delhi Road and Central
Avenue previously granted.
PARCEL 2. That portion of Block "B" of the ~outh Santa Ann
Tract, in the City of Santa Ann, County of Orange, State of
California, as per map recorded in Book 5, page 43 of Miscel-
laneous Naps of said County, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the center line of Delhi Road
with the Northerly prolongation of the West line of said Block
"B"; thence Southerly 30 feet along the Northerly prolongation
of and the West line of said Block "B"; thence Easterly on a
line parallel with and distant 30 feet from the center line of
said Delhi Road to the Westerly right-of-way line of the Pacific
Electric Railroad; thence Northerly 30 feet to the center line
of said Delhi Road; thence Westerly along said center line of
Delhi Road to the point of beginning.
EXCEPT that portion previously dedicated for public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That Resolution Number 53-119 adopted
August 3, 1953, accepting a grant deed furnished by the Title Company,
which contained an error in the description corrected hereby, be and
the same is rescinded and repealed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ann
at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of
December , 1953.
