RESOLUTION NO. 53-167 ACCEPTING EASemENT FOR
RIGHT OF WAY
WN~R~AS, Harriet Lucina Macklin has presented to the City
Council of SanSa Aha, California, a grant of easement for right
of way for Joint Outfall ~ewer purposes, for the use and benefit
of the Cities of Santa Ana, Anaheim, Fullerton and Orange, all
Municipal Corporations, on, upon, under and across the parcel
of land described in said easement, a copy of which is a~ached
hereto and made a part of this Resolution by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana,
ac~ing for ~he aforesaid Ci~ies, accepts said easemen: for right
of way and the proper~y her®inabove described.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on ~hs 7th
day of December , 1953.
