WItEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL BANK IN S~NTA ANA, a National Banking
Association, has presented to the City Council, a grant deed dated
December 15, 1953 in consideration of the payment of One Hundred
Twenty-five Dollars ($125.00) granting certain real property for
street purposes in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State
of California described as:
That portion.of Lot 5A of Ports, Borden and Sidwell Tract,
as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 4, at page 624
of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California,
described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot i of Tract No. 1324,
as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 40, at page 21
of Miscellaneous ~aps, records of Orange County, and running
thence North 88° 55' West 72.81 feet to the Northwest cor-
ner of said Lot l; thence North 52° 50' 40" East, along t~e
Northwesterly line of the land conveyed to First National
Bank in Santa Aha, by deed recorded January 25, 1949 in
Book 1792, at page 390 of Official Records in the office of
the County Recorder of said Orange County, 92.64 feet to the
most Northerly corner of said land; thence South 1° 02' West
57.27 feet to the point of beginning.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deed and the Clerk of t~e Council is hereby instructed
tb cause said deed to be recorded withthe County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
