Home My WebLink About53-057RESOLUTION NO. 53-57 ACCEPTING EASEMENT DEED WHEREAS, THE UNITED STATES RUBBER COMPANY, a New Jersey Cor- poration, has presented to the City Council, an easement deed dated April 7th, 1953 conveying an easement across that certain real prop- erty in the. City of Santa Ann, County of Orange, State of California described as: A strip of land 30 feet in width the west line of which is described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 37, Tract No. 159, as per map recorded in Book ll, page 49 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, said Northeast corner~being on the Southerly line of the Pacific Electric Railway Company right of way land as described in deed from WM. F. LUTZ, recorded March 8, 1912 in Book 210, page 61 of deeds, records of Orange Co.; thence Southerly along the East line of said Tract No. 159, and the West line of Tract No. 43 as per map recorded in Book 9, page 44 of Miscellaneous ~aps, records of Orange County, California, to the Center line of Dyer ~oad (60 ft. wide) as granted to Orange County by deed recorded April 27, 1915 in Book 274, page 363 of Deeds, records of said Orange County. EXCEPTING therefrom that portion of Dyer Road previously granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Oity of Santa ~na accepts said deed for easement across the property hereinabove de- scribed. The City ~lerk is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
