CONVEYING EASEI~ENT FOR ST~.T PUNPOSE
WHEREAS, ARCHDIOCESE OF LOSANGELES EDUCATION AND WELFARE CORPORATION,
a corpo~ation~ has presented to the City Council a grant deed dated
March 2b, 1954, without consideration from the City, conveying an
easement for street purposes in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange,
State of California, described as:
The Easterly 30 feet of the West half of the Southwest quarter
of the Northwest quarter of Section 24, Township 5 South, Range
l0 West, S.B.B.& M., in the land alloted ~o F. W. Koll in decree
of partition of the Rancho Santiago de Santa Aha recorded in
Book "B" of Judgments of the 17th Judicial District Court of
Los Angeles County, California, in the City of Santa Ana, County
of Orange, ~tate of California.
Except that portion lying Southerly of the Westerly prolongation
of the North line of Lot 30 in Tract No. 1625, as per map recorded
in Book 48, Page 46, of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County
Recorder of said Orange County.
ALSO EXCEPT the North 30 feet.
NOW THEP~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause
said deed to be properly recorded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City CQuncil of the City of Santa Aha at its
regular meeting held on the 5th day of April, 1954.
