RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA,
CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC
WORKS TO SIGN PROJECT STATEMENT AND APPROVING AND ADOPTING
A BUDGET OF EXPENDITURES FROM THE GAS TAX FUNDS.
BE IT RESOLVED: That the Council of the City of Santa Aha
hereby delegates and authorizes HUGH H. FOREMAN, ASSISTANT DIRECTOR
OF PUBLIC WORKS, to sign, on behalf of said City, the Project State-
ments showing work to be done during the ensuing Fiscal Year and
hereby adopts the budget of estimated expenditure recommended to be
made during said ensuing Fiscal ~eamrfn the City of Santa Aha from
the Gas Tax Fund, also known as the State Highway Fund resulting
from the Highway Users Tax Fund as the same are set forth in the
prepared estimates.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Clerk of the Council is
directed to prepars a certified copy of this Resolution for submission
to the State with the Budget Estimates and Project Statements.
