~, }4innie }4. Wild, a single worn,an, has presented to the
City Council a grant deed, dated April 21, 1954, in consideration of
Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($8,750.00), conveying
property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California,
described as:
C~ncing at a point 5 feet West from the Southeast
corner of Lot Three of the "Greenleaf Tract", as shown on
a Map recorded in Book 25, page 49 of Miscellaneous Records
of Los Angeles County, California, and running thence
West 118.75 feet; thence South 50 feet; thence East 118.75
feet, and thence North 50 feet to the place of beginning.
NOW, TheREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County,
California.

at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of June , 1954.
