FOR DRAINAGE PURPOSES
WHEREAS, LISLE J. SHERWIN and CATHERinE SMILEY SHERWIN, husband and
wife, have presented to the City Council an easement deed dated February 26,
195~, without consideration, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for drainage and sanitary sewer purposes over, under
and along the North 30 feet of the East 16~.67 feet of the West 362.36
feet of the South one-half of Lot 13 of Potts, Borden and Sidwell Tract,
in the County of Orange, State of California, as shown on a map thereof
recorded in book 4, at page 624 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles
County, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed
to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at
its adjourned regular meeting held on the 23th day of June , 195~.
