IS NO LONGER CONTRACTING AGENT FOR ORANGE COUNTY JOINT
OUTFALL SEWER
Wt~_~%S, heretofore the Orange County Sanitation Districts have com-
plied with the terms of the Agreement of Sale and Purchase dated February 28,
1951 and the possession and title to Section One of the Orange County Joint
Outfall Sewer have been surrendered to Orange County Sanitation Districts
1, 5, 6, and 11; and
WHEREAS, as a result of said transfer the City of Santa Ana has
ceased to be the contracting agent for said Joint Outfall Sewer and the
City of ~aheim has become the only contracting agent now functioning for
the said Joint Outfall Sewer as contracting agent for Section Two thereof.
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED: That the Clerk of the Council be
and she is hereby authorized to send a copy of the contract with Waste Water
Disposal Company to the City of Anaheim as contracting agent for Section Two
of the Orange County Joint Outfall Sewer and to notify the Waste Water Dis-
posal Company that any future negotiations under said contracts should be
had with the City of Anaheim.
