CATION FOR CHANGE OF DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Aha by Resolution
No. 666 has recommended the change of District Classification hereinbelow set
out, and recommended a building setback line of 150 feet from the center line
of Flower Street and Delhi Road; and
V~EREAS, after consideration, the City Council does not agree with the
setback lines recomnended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha hereby dLrects the Clerk of the Council to give Notice of Public Hearing for
August 16, 1954 on the question of change of District Classification from R-1
District to the M-1 District on that property described as:
A portion of Section ~5, T. 5 S., R. iOW., S.B.B. & M., beginning
at a point in the North line of said Section 25, distant thereon
990.00 feet from the northeast corner thereof; thence N. 89° 22'10"
W. along said North line 1~88.00'; thence S. go° ~', ~',: ~: 3058.27';
thence N. 60° 53' 30" E. 1~29.45'; thence N. 2150.75'
to the point of beginning,
and to include in s aid Notice, a statement %hat the question of establishment
of a building setback line 100 feet from the center line of Delhi Road would be
considered.
PASSED AND ADOPTE~ by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its
regular meeting held on the 2nd day of August, 1954.
