FOR S'l~m~T PURP~
WHEREAS, EMMET C. RO~ and JUNA ROGERS, husband and wife, have
presented to the City Council aa easement deed, dated March 19, 1954, con-
veying property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of
California, described as:
That portion of Lots 3 and 6 of the Bates Tract, as shown on
a map recorded in book 1, page 96, of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of said Orange County, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Tract No. 1739, as shown
on a map thereof recorded in book 51, pages 42 and 43 of Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of said Orange County, said point being in
the center line of Bristol Street 60 feet wide and running thence
North 0° 42' 50" East~ along the West line of Lots 3 and 6, 274
feet; thence South 89° 17' 10" East 40 feet; thence South 0° 42'
50" West, par, llel with said West line, 274 feet to the North
line of said Tract No. 1739; thence North 89° 17' 10" West 40
feet to the point of beginning;
E]~CEPTING .£n~m~(~4 the Westerly 30 feet thereof as conveyed
to the City of Santa Aha by deed dated November 15, 1924, and
recorded in book 591, page 2-19 of Deeds, in the office of the
County Recorder of said Orange County.
NOW~ ','~i~KE~01~E, BE IT BESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed
to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
