IN CIVIC CENTER SITE
WHEREAS, ELLA H. BACKS, a widow, has presented to the City
Council a grant deed dated July 30, 1954, for valuable consideration
in the amount of $8,100.00 conveying property in the-City of Santa
Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Lot 9 of Stout~s Addition To Santa Ana, as shown on
a map thereof recorded in Book 6, Sage 28 of Miscella-
neous Maps, records of said Orange County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said deed to be recorded wi%h the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha
at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of August, 1954.
