%~EREAS, CLYDE LEONARD MOERIS as his separate property, has
presented to the City Council, a grant deed dated July 30, 1954,
for a valuable consideration, granting certain real property de-
scribed as:
The South 40 feet of that portion of the Southeast quarter of
the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 6,
In Townshlp 5 South Range 9 West, Ban Bernardlno Base and
Meridian, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeasterly corner of Lot 101 of the
Santa Ana Grand Avenue Tract; thence Northerly 294 feet;
thence Easterly 177.48 feet; thence Southerly £94 feet;
thence Westerly 177.48 feet, more or less, to the point
of beginning;
EXCEPTING ~IOM said South 40 feet that portion thereof
included within the lines of Seventeenth Street on the
South.
NOW, ~HEEEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of 0range
County, C~lifornia.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of August, 1954.
