WHEREAS, CLYDE LEONARD MORRIS, as his separate property has
presented to the City Council, a grant deed dated July 30, 1954,
for a valuable consideration, grantin~ certain real property de-
scribed, as:
The South 40 feet of Lot 101 of Santa Ana Grand Avenue
Tract as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 26,
pages 53 and 5~, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles
C~unty, California:
EXCEPTING FROM said South 40 feet, that portion thereof
contained within the lines of Grand Avenue on the West
and Seventeenth Street on the South.
· NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of August, 1954.
