PROPERTY
WHEKEAS, GORDON M. HAUCK, a married man, has presented to the City
Council a grant deed, dated August 3, 1954, for valuable consideration in
the amount of $9,650.00, conveying property in the City of Santa Aha, County
of Orange, State of California, described as:
The East one-half of Lot 16 of Stout's Addition to Santa Ana, as
shown on a m~p thereof recorded in book 6, page 28 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of said Orange County.
NOW, THE~EFO~E~ BE IT BESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed
to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
