AGENT" AND TO FURNISH THE INFORMATION REQUIRED
ON FORM LAD ADM-45A (9-18-50)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana has heretofore adopted
a resolution or resolutions identified as follows:

Storm Drain Construction
which in part authorized Ho M. Neighbour to act as "Authorized Agent" for the
City of Santa Arm with respect to the application or applications described
therein; and
W~LEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana now desires to replace
said Ho Mo Neighbour as "Authorized Agent" by naming H. H. Foreman in his stead
as "Authorized Agent";
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. That all powers, rights and duties conferred upon H. M. Neighbour
by the aforesaid resolution or resolutions are herewith revoked.
2. That all acts hitherto performed by said Ho M. Neighbour as
"Authorized Agent" for City of SantaAna are herewith ratified and confirmed.
3o That H. Ho Foreman, City Engineer, Room 201, City Hall, Santa Ana,
California, is herewith designated as "Authorized Agent" of the City of Santa
Ana with respect to the above application or applications and is endowed with
all rights, powers and duties conferred upon said former agent, H° Mo Neighbour
by the foresaid resolution or resolutions, or otherwise.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its
regular meeting held on the 16th day of August, 1954o
