STRUT PURPOSES
ACCEPTING EASEMENT DEED FOR
~HEREAS, R. A. TUR~ and ESTELLE V. TUP~NER, husband and
wife, have presented to the City Council an easement deed dated
August 31, 1954 for valuable consideration in the amQunt of $1640.00
conveying property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State
of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes-over:
The Northerly 50 feet of the North half of the following
described property: Beginning at a point 49-6/26 rods East
of the Northwest corner of Section 17, Township 5 South,
Range 9 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, in the City
of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, as
shown on a map thereof in partition of Rancho Santiago de
Santa Ana; running thence East 34 rods to G. B. Lyon's Sub-
division; thence South 65 ~ods, thence West 34 rods to the
East line of the lands of the L. C. Birch estate; thence
North 65 ~ods to the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING from said Northerly 50 feet that portion
thereof included within the lines of East First Street.
NOW, THE~EF0~E, wz IT RESOLVED: That the City ofSanta Ana ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recor~led with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PAS~EDAND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha
at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of September, 1954.
