AND FLACE OF H~.~THEREON
WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore taken the steps pro-
vided by Sections 2821 through 2824, inclusive, of the Streets and
Highways Code of the State of California for certain acquisition
and improvement work in the City of Santa Aha, California in con-
nection with Vehicle Parking District No. 1; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore directed SIDNEY L.
LOWRY to procure the information and prepare and present the written
report required by the Special Assessment Investigation, Limitation
and Majority Frotest Act of 1931 and s aid report has been presented
to the City Council and examined by said Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That said report be and the
same is hereby approved and the Clerk of the Council is hereby di-
rected to endorse the fact and date of such approval on said report
and to file the same in her office.
That the 15th day of November, 1954 at the hour of 7:30 o'clock
P. M. in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, Third and Main
Streets, Santa Aha, California is hereby fixed as the time and place
of hearing on said approved report before the City Council and the
Clerk of the Council is hereby directed to give Notice of said hear-
ing containing the things and matters required in the manner required
by law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha
