AN EASEMENT OF PROPERTY FOR STREET PURPOSES
WHEREAS, ROMAN CATHOLIC ARCHBISHOP OF LOS ANAGELES, a corporation,
sole, has presented to the City Council a grant deed~ dated September
1954, conveying property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange~ State
of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over:
The Westerly 5 feet of Lot i in Block C, Tract No. 245, as
shown on a map thereof, recorded in Book 13, at Page 22~ Mis-
cellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said
deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
