W~.~EAS, SANTANA INC., a corporation, has presented to the City Council
a grant deed, dated June 27, 1954, conveying property in the City of Santa Ama,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
That portion of Lot 1 of the Mabury Tract, as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 165, page 301 of Deeds, records of Los Angeles
County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at a point which bears North 89° 12' 20" West 40
feet from a point on the East line of Section 2, Township 5 South,
Range l0 West, $.B.B. & M., 126B.47 feet Southerly from the North-
east corner of said Section 2; ~,nning thence North 89° 12' 20"
West 20 feet to a point; thence North 0° 47' 40" East 31.30 feet
to a point; thence South 89° 12' 20" East 20 feet to a point;
thence South 0° 47' 40" West 31.~0 feet to the point of beginning.
NOW, Trmmmm~)RE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ama accepts said
deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be
recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at
its regular meeting held on the 4th day of October ,
1954.
