McCIAY STREET AND G~.:~:NWOOD AVENUE
WHEREAS, heretofore, on the 7th day of September~ 195~, the City Council
adopted Resolution No. 54-142 declaring its intention to vacate portions of
Twenty-First Street, McClay Street and Greenwood Avenue, which said Resolution
was published and posted as required by law; aad
WHEREAS, public hearing was held on the 18th day of October, 1954, at
the hour of 7:30 P. M. in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, Santa Ana,
California, upon due notice in said Resolution and said posted notices contained;
NOW~ THFAqEFORE~ A~I'~R DUE ~EARING~ BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council
of the City of Santa Aha hereby finds, from ,11 the evidence submitted, that the
portions of Twenty-First Street, McClay Street and Greenwood Avenue hereinbelow
and in said Resolution described are unnecessary for present or prospective
street purposes.
BE IT FU~£~9 ~ESOLVED: That said City Council hereby makes its Order
vacating, abandoning and closing up, for street purposes, the portions of Twenty-
First Street, McClay Street and Greenwood in the City of Santa Ana, County of
Orange, State of California, described as:
Those portions of Twenty-First Street, McClay Street and
Greenwood Avenue as shown on a map of Tract No. 2019, recorded
in Book 59, Page 38, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange
County, California.
