EASEMENT OF PROPERTY FOR STNEET PURPOSES
WHEREAS, ROBERT GERWING, a widower, and ROBERT S. GERWING, have pre-
sented to the City Council a grant deed, dated October 8, 1954, for valuable
consideration in the amount of $300.00, conveying property in the City of
Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the East 10 feet of the
North 145 feet of the East 175 feet of Lot i of Tract No. 999,
in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California,
as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 33, Page 10, of Mis-
cellaneous ~ps, records of said Orange County.
NOW, THE~EFOB~ BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed
to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PA~ AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at
