FOR STItEET PURPOSES
WHEREAS, HAROLD G. GOODER and NELEN O. GOODER, husband and wife,
have presented to the City Council a grant deed, dated November 9, 1953,
conveying property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of
California, described as:
The West 246.26 feet of the following described property:
A strip of land 60.00 feet in width, being 30.00 feet on each
side of the following described center line: Beginning at the
point of beginning of that certain parcel of land conveyed to
the City of Santa An~by deed recorded December 10, 1945, in Book
1370, Page 248, Official Records of Orange County, California,
said point of beginning being the intersection of the center line
of Sixth Street with the Easterly line of Termin~l Street; running
from said point of beginning F~sterly in a straight line to the
center line of Sixth Street as shown on Tract 344, recorded in
Book 15, Page 5, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County,
California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said
deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
