FOR STREET PURPOSES
DELLA HEASLET has presented to the City Council a grant
deed, dated October 4, 1954, for valuable consideration in the amount of
$360.00, conveying property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange,
State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the following described
property:
Commencing at a point on the south line of First Street,
972.08 feet west and 30 feet south of the common corner of
Sections 7, 8, 17 and 18, in Township 5 South, Range 9 West,
San Bernardino Base and Meridian, in said county and state;
thence south parallel t~ Grand Avenue if extended 16 feet;
thence northwesterly to a point in the west line of the land
conveyed to Della Heaslet, by deed recorded March 30, 1948,
in Book 1743, page 467 of official records, distant thereon
4.45 feet south of the northwest corner thereof; thence north
along said west line, 4.45 feet; thence east 50 feet to the
point of beginning.
NOW, TH~L~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed
to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
