WHEREAS, CLARABW. LT~ CORRY, a widow, and ELIZABETH M. BRACKMAN
and T.W. ROy G. BRACEI~kN, husband and wife, have presented to the City Council
a grant deed, dated October 21, 1954, for valuable consideration, convey-
ing property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California,
described as:
Lot ~, and the South three feet of Lot 5 of Stout's Addition
to Santa Aha, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 6, page 28
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County,
California.
NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said
deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
