WHEREAS, THEODORE W. JESSEE and EVELYN S. JESSEE, husband and
wife, as joint tenants, have presented to the City Council an easement
deed, dated September 20, 1954, conveying property in the City of Santa
Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
The Westerly 5 feet of the following described property:
The West half of Lot 6 as shown on a map of Part of Lots 3
and 5 of McFadden-Wilson Tract, in the City of Santa Aha,
in the County of Orange, State of California, as shown on
a map thereof recorded in book l, page 54, Record of
Surveys, in the office of the County Recorder of said
Orange County.
NOW, THEBEFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa A~ accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to record the same.
PASSED AND ADOP~D by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at
its regular meeting held on November 1st, 1954.
