WNEREAS~ MAYBET.'r.~ G. WASHBURN~ MAUDE G. HOLSINGER, and WILLIAM E.
GUTHRIE, have presented to the City Council an easement deed, dated
October 28, 195~, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of
Orange, State of California~ described as:
The Westerly 5 feet of the following described property:
Lot 4 in Block A of the Realty Subdivision of Lot i of the
McFadden-Wilson Tract, in the City of Santa Aha, County of
Orange, State of California, as shown on a map thereof re-
corded in book 3, page 35, Miscellaneous Maps, records of
said Orange County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to record the same.
PAS~ED AND ADO~fED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its
regular meeting held on November 1st, 1954.
