WHEREAS, DELOREZ M. SMITH, a married woman, who acquired title
as Delorez M. Ferguson, a widow, has presented to the City Council an
easement deed, dated September 19, 195h, conveying property in the City
of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
The Easterly 4.7 feet of the following described property:
Lots 1, 3, 5 and 7 in block ll of the Southside Addition to the
City of Santa Aha, in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange,
State of California, as per map recorded in book 3, page 44 of
}4iscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said
County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to record the same.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its
regular meeting held on November 1st, 1954.
