WHEEEAS, THEODORE W. JESSEE, as his separate property, has presented
to the City Council an easement deed, dated September 20, 1954, conveying
property in the City of Santa Ana~ County of Orange, State of California,
described as:
The Westerly 5 feet of the following described property:
The North 50 feet of the South 100 feet of the West 159 feet of
Lot 5, in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of
California, as shown on a map of a "part of Lots 3 and 5 of
McFadden-Wilson Tract" filed in Book l, page 54, Record of
Surveys, in the office of the County Recorder of said Orange
County.
NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to record the same.
PASSED AND ADOFi~D by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its
regular meeting held on November 1st, 1954.
