WHEREAS, BEN F. KNOLL and ET3.W.N A. KNOLL, husband and wife, as joint
tenants, have presented to the City Council an easement deed, dated September
16, 195~, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State
of California, described as:
l~ne Easterly 5 feet of the following described property:
Lot 3 in Block 9 of the South Side Addition to the City of
Santa Aha, in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State
of California, as shown on a map thereof recorded in book 3, page
4~, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to record the same.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its
regular meeting held on November 1st, 195~.
