WHEREAS, EI/~ER E. CHRISTENSON and MILDRED L. CHRISTENSON, husband
and wife, as joint tenants~ have presented to the City Council an easement
deed, dated September 16, 1954, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
The Westerly 5 feet of the following described property:
All that certain real property situated in the City of Santa Ana, County
of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Begimuing on the East line of Main Street at a point 150 feet South
of the Southeast corner of Main and Bishop Streets~ running thence
East 175 feet to the Northwest corner of "Trew's Addition to the
City of Santa Aha", as shown on a map thereof recorded in book 3,
page 21, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County~ thence
South 50 feet: thence West 175 feet to a point in the East line of
Main Street, 50 feet South of the point of beginning; thence North
50 feet to the point of beginning.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts said
deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to record the same.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its
regular meeting held on November 1st, 1954.
