WI~, GERTRUDE BU~ a widow, has presented to the City Council
an easement deed, dated September 20, 1954, conveying property in the City of
Santa Ana~ County of Orange, State of California, described as:
The Westerly 5 feet of the following described property:
Corm~encing at a point 100 feet North of the Southwest corner of
Lot 5 as shown on a Licensed Surveyor's Map of a "Part of Lots
3 and 5, McFadden-Wilson T~act", filed in book l, page 54, Record
of Surveys, in the office of the County Recorder of said Orange
County; running thence North along the West line of said LOt 5,
50 feet; thence East on a line parallel with the South line of
said Lot 5~ 159 feet; thence South on a line parallel to the
West line of said LOt 5, 50 feet; thence West on a line parallel
to the South line of said LOt 5, 159 feet to the point of beginning.
NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said
deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to record the same.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at
its regular meeting held on November 1st, 1954.
