WHEREAS, RUTH L. JOHNSTON, an unmarried woman, has presented to the
City Council an easement deed, d~ted September 2~, 1954, conveying property in the
City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
The Easterly 5 feet of the following described property:
Lot 1 in Block 7 of South Side Addition to Santa Ana, in the
City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, as
shown on a map thereof recorded in book 3, page 44, Miscellaneous
Maps, records of said Orange County.
NOW, THEBEFORE, BE IT ~ESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to record the same.
PASSED AND ~_DOP~ by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at
its regular meeting held on November 1st, 1954.
