WHEREAS, SOLOMON A. WINKLE and ANNA M. WINKLE, husband and wife,
as joint tenants, have presented to the City Council an easement deed, dated
September 21, 1954, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of
Orange, State of California, described as:
The Easterly 5 feet of the following described property:
The North 44 feet of Lot 1 in Block 5 of the South Side Addition
to the City of Santa Ana, in the City of Santa ADA, County of
Orange, State of California, as shown on a map thereof recorded
in book 3, page ~, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange
County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to record the same.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its
regular meeting held on November 1st, 1954.
