EASEMENT OF PROPERTY
WHE~ FRANK A. KINTO and ESSIE BEBE KINTO, husband and wife, have
presented to the City Council a grant deed, dated September 15, 1954, for
valuable consideration in the amount of $600.00, conveying property in %he
City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement over the northerly 16 feet of the following des-
cribed property:
Beginning at a point 922.08 feet west and 30 feet south of
the northeast corner of Section 18, in Township 5 South, Range
9 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, in said city, county and state,
running thence south parallel to the west line of Hathaway Street ex-
tended southerly a distance of 100 feet; running thence west parallel
to the south line of First Street a distance of 50 feet; thence north
parallel to the west line of Hathaway Street extended southerly a dis-
tance of 100 feet to the south line of First Street; thence east along
the south line of First Street a distance of 50 feet to the point of
beginning.
NOW, THEREFOHE~ BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts said
deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be
recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aua at
its
regular meeting held on the 15th day of November , 1954.
