WHEREAS, BERNARD W. FLAGG and STEPHANIE FLAGG, husband and wife, as
joint tenants, an undivided 38/100 interest, and C. ROLAND FLAGG and ELMA F.
FLAGG~ husband and wife, as Joint tenants, as to the remainder, have presented
to the City Council an easement deed, dated October 27, 1954, conveying property
in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
The Westerly 5 feet of the following described property:
The South 51 feet of the West 74 feet of Lot 4 of Part of Lots 3
and 5 of McFadden-Wilson Tract, in the City of Santa Ana) County
of Orange, State of California, as shown on a map thereof recorded
in book l, page 54, Licensed Surveyor's Maps, records of said
Orange County;
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the South 1.23 feet thereof.
NOW~ TkL~iSEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said
deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to record the same.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its
regular meeting held on November 15th , 1954.
