WHEREAS, ORVAL I. LYON and VIOLA S. LYON, husband and wife, as joint
tenants, have presented to the City Council an easement deed, dated October 29,
1954, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of
California, described as:
The Westerly 5 feet of the following described property:
The North half of the West half of Lot 3 of part of Lots 3 and 5
of the McFadden-Wilson Tract, in the City of Santa Aha, County of
Orange, State of California, as shown on a Licensed Surveyor's
map thereof filed in book l, page 54, Records of Surveys, in the
office of the County Recorder of said Orange County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said
deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to record the same.
