WHEREAS, W. O. HUGHES and FERN HUGHES, husband and wife, as Joint tenants,
as to the North one-half of Lot 3; and H. E. MARTIN and PEARL MAYMARTIN, husband
and wife, as joint tenants, as to the South one-half of Lot 3, have presented to
the City Council an easement deed~ dated October 27~ 1954~ conveying property in
the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
The Westerly 5 feet of the following described property:
Lot 3 in Block A of the Realty Subdivision of Lot i of the
McFadden-Wilson Tract, in the City of Santa Ana, County of
Orange~ State of California, as shown on a map thereof re-
corded in book 3, page 35, Miscellaneous Maps, records of
said Orange County.
NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said
deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to record the same.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its
regular meeting held on November l%~h , 1954.
