WHEREAS, LEON L. ECKLES and HILDA K. ECKLES, husband and wife, as joint
tenants, have presented to the City Council an easement deed, dated November 9,
1954, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of
California, described as:
The Easterly 5 feet of the following described property:
Lot 11 in Block 11 of the South Side Addition to the City of
Santa Ana, in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of
Calif6rnia, as shown on a map thereof recorded in book 3, page
44, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said
deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to record the same.
PASSED AND ADOPf~ by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its
regular meeting held on November l~th , 1954.
