WHE~, JOHN M. BULl:ITT and ZOE E. BULl:ITT, husband and wife, have pre-
sented to the City Council a grant deed, dated November 24, 1954~ in consideration
of payment of $23,500.00, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of
Orange, State of California, described as:
Lot 4 in Block B of Resubdivision of Block"A" and "B" of the Orange
Grove Tract, as shown on a map thereof recorded in book l, page 14
of Miscellaneous Record Maps, records of said Orange County;
EX~T the interest in the East 4½ feet of said lot which was con-
veyed to the City of Santa Ana, for street purposes by deed recorded
July 29, 1903, in book 92, page 172 of Deeds.
NOW, T~IE~{EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts said
deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be
recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
