WHEREAS, W. J. TROUT~AN and CLARA TROUTMAN, husband and wife, each an
u~divided one-fourth interest, as tenants in common; and J. R. SCHOLZ and
GENEVA SOHOLZ, husband and wife, each an undivided one-fourth interest, as
tenants in common, have presented to the City Council a grant deed, dated
November 24, 1954, conveying property in the City of Santa Aha, County of
Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over,
The Westerly 5 feet of the following described property:
Lot 7 in Block "A" of the Realty Subdivision of Lot l, McFadden-
Wilson Tract, in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State
of California, as shown on a map thereof recorded in book 3,
page 35, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Omange County.
NOW, THE~EFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aua accepts said
deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be
recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
