OF PROPERTY FOR-~GE PURPOSES
WHEREAS, C. W. TODD and FRANCES W. TODD, husband and wife, have pre-
sented to the City Council a grant deed, dated, October 7th, 1954, conveying
property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California,
described as:
An easement for sa~ttary sewers and surface drainage purposes
only, over, under, and along the South 10 feet of Lot 17 of Potts,
Borden and Sidwell Tract, in the County of Orange, State of
California, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 4, at Page
624 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California.
The grantors herein, their successors and assigns, shall have
the right to use and maintain said 10 foot strip as a private road-
way, with access thereto at any point.
This easement deed is given for the purpose of providing sanitary
sewers and surface drainage for proposed Tract No. 1939, and if the
map of said Tract No. 1939 is not recorded within one year from date,
or if satisfactory sanitary sewers and drainage are provided along
another route, the sanitary sewer and surface drainage easement
herein granted sb,] 1 cease and be abandoned.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts said
deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be
recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
