AND AG~W~ENT
WHEREAS, DOXANDER P. LEONARD and EDNA M. LEONARD, have presented to the
City Council a drainage release and agreement, dated October 21~ 1954, granting
an easement for the flow of surface water across the real property in the City
of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Lots 25 and 28 of Potts, Bordon and Sidwell Tract, as
per map recorded in book 4 page 624 of Miscellaneous
Records, in the office of the Gounty Recorder of Los
Angeles County, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said
release and agreement and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause
said release and agreement to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOP'I~ by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its
regular meeting held on the 6th day of December , 1954.
