AND AGNWm~ENT
WHEREAS, Doxander P. Leonard and Edna M. Leonard, have presented to
the City Council a drainage release and agreement, dated October 21~ 1954,
granting an easement for the flow of surface water from Tract No. 19S9
across the real property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State
of California, described as:
Lots 25 and 28 of Potts, Bordon and Sldwell Tract, as per
map recorded in book 4 page 62~ o~ Miscellaneous Records
in the office of the county reeorde~ of Los Angeles County,~
California.
NOW, THEREFOt~E, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts
said release and agreement and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said release and agreement to be recorded with the County Recorder
of Orange County, California.
