W~, on February 8, 1924, subdivision map of Tract No. 608 was
filed in Book 19, Page 38, Niscellaneous Maps in the Office of the County
Recorder of Orange County, California, which said subdivision n~p contained a
written offer to dedicate Lot "X" shown thereon for street purposes; and
WHEREA~, subsequent development of adjacent land has made said street
unusable for and unnecessary for present and prospective street purposes.
NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha does
hereby reject the offer of dedication of said ~ot "X" as shown on said Tract
No. 608 for street purposes.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City COuncil of the City of ~anta Aha at
its regular meeting held on the 6th day of December, 1954~
