ERTY FOR SEWER PIPE LINE AND STORM DRAIN PURPOSES
WHEREAS, PACIFIC ELECTRIC RAILWAY COMPANY, a California Corporation,
has presented to the City Council an easement deed for sewer pipe line and
storm drain purposes, dated December l, 195~, without cash consideration, con-
veying easements in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California,
described as:
Two strips of land, situate in the City of Santa Aha, County of
Orange, State of California, being portions of that certain 100
foot strip of land as described in deed to Los Angeles Inter-Urban
Railway Company recorded in Book 122, page 210 of Deeds in the
office of the Recorder of Orange County, said two strips described
as follows:
PARCEL A: Sanitary Sewer Line: A strip of land, 4 feet in width,
the easterly line of said 4 foot strip being a line that is parallel
with and westerly, 0.5 of a foot~ measured at right angles, from
the southerly prolongation of the westerly line of Lot 6, Tract
No. 270, as per map recorded in Book lB, page 48 Miscellaneous
Maps in the office of the Recorder of Orange County.
PARCEL B: Storm Drain: A strip of land, 10 feet in width,
lying 5 feet on each side of the following described center line:
Beginning at a point, 191.3 feet south and 7.5 feet west of the
northwest corner of said Lot 6; thence in a direct line to a
point, 298.3 feet south and 20.9 feet west of said northwest
corner of said Lot 6.
The side line of above described strips of land, 4 feet in
width and l0 feet in width, are to be prolonged or shortened
so as to terminate in the northerly and southerly lines of
said 100 foot strip.
Containing 0.032 acres.
NOW, 'i~t~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said
deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be
recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
