ACCEPTING QUITCLAIM
WHEREAS, MICHAEL CO~PORA_TION OF SANTA ANA, a corporation, has
presented to the City Council a quitclaim deed conveying easement for
street purposes, dated November 22, 195~ conveying property in the City
of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
The Westerly 5 feet of the following described property:
The North 40 feet of Lot 5 of R. H. Skiles' Addition to
Santa Ana, in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State
of California, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 3,
page 5, Miscellaneous Maps~ records of said Orange County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
record the same.
PASSED AND ADOP'£~D by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on December 20th , 1954.
