CONCEP~ING PAflXI~G LIMITATIONS AND CURB MARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE THERNgITH:
BE IT RESOLVED: That the parking limitation created by Resolution
No. 37~+, adopted the 21st day of February, 1949, and ordering the curb painted
WHITE, as follows:
FOURTH STREET (Franklin School)
O~ the South side betweem Forest Avenue and Pacific Aveaue, located as
follows:
The Easterl~ 30 feet of the Westerl~ ~0 feet
is hereby repealed amd rescinded and the Acting Director of Public Works is
hereby directed to cause the paint on said curb to be removed or covered.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That p~rsuant to the provisions of the Vehicle
Code of the State of California and Section 3201 of the Santa Ama Municipal
Code, the City Council hereby establishes parking regulations and ltmltations
as set forth in Section 321~ of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, as follows:
FOURTH STREET (Franklin ehool)
On the Scuth side betwse~ Forest Avenue and Pacific Avenme, located as
follows:
The Easterly 50 feet of the Westerly 150 feet
and said curb along said street shall be paf~ted WHITE, and the Acting Director
of Public Works is hereby directed to cause said curb to be painted as herein-
above described.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular
meeting held on the ..20th day of December , 1954.
