RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
~AS~i~fREAS, JOSE P. GALLEGOS and BENITA A. GALLEGOS, husbana and
wife, have presented to the City Council, a grant deed dated
September 15, 1952 conveying that certain real property in tile City
of Santa ~na, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
The Easterly 30 feet of Lot 37, of Tract No. 159, as per map
thereof recorded in Book 11 at page &9 of Miscellaneous Naps
records of said Orange County,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa ~na
accepts said deed and the property hereinabove described. The City
Clerk is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded with
the County ~ecorder of Orange County, California.
