~EREAB, WILFRED B. TAYLOR and ORVILLE J. GOOD, IN, as trustees
under declaration of trust dated September 30, 1953, have presented to the
City Council a grant deed, dated Janu=ry 6, 1954, without consideration
from the City, conveying property for street purposes in the City of
Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
That portion of Lot ~ of the Mabury Tract, as shown on
a map thereof recorded in book 165, at page 301 of Deeds,
records of Los Angeles County, California, described as
follows:
Beginning at a p~int North 0° 15t 24" East 290 feet of
a point in the Southerly line of said Lot $ distant thereon
410 feet Easterly from the intersection of said Southerly
line with the center line of English Street, and running
thence Easterly, parallel with said Southerly line, 913.33
feet; thence North 0° 40! 00" East 60 feet; thence West,
parallel with said Southerly llne, 913o75 feet to a point
in a line which bears North 0° 15t 24" ~ast from the point
of beginning; thence, South 0° 15t 2~'~ West 60 feet to the
point of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the West 1 foot.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be properly recorded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 17th day of May, 1954.
